Latest update - October 2004 from Sally, who writes "Wow they have grown !!!
Look at them and Gaew is so so beautiful!!"

Phil and Wanida write of their "16 healthy, joyful little blessings, selected images of whom I attach". Phil writes that he is busy trying to build a separate kitchen/dining building with no funds left after furnishing the 'Joseph Tse Nursery' which is proving to be a really useful resource. He has many of the materials they need, but still needs steel for the roof frame.

Phil says "Our men have built a paved path about 60m long, from the daytime centre to the Nursery, where all the children sleep. Rain again, has been insufficient and we are required to keep pumping from the still flooded Ping River for garden needs.
We look forward to more visitors this month, Bless you all for your financial and prayer support of this, our consuming passion".

Looks like Pod will have a lot of work to do in November when he gets there on his round the world trip with Claire. It is nice to know someone from our village will be helping the orphans and adding to their experience of good things that happen in the world. Pod found out about the orphanage from the Wray Village Website and the Wrayly Mail info that Sally submitted. He is sat next to me now as I type this and he says he and Claire are really looking forward to visiting and working at the orphanage. It is the high spot of their trip. I hope he sends us lots of photos to put on the site.

The background to Sally's work with the orphans is on this site, the link is at the bottom of the page.
