Results
The presentation is a summary of the results of the questionnaire that was circulated around the village. The questionnaire was the vehicle used by the Steering Committee to obtain the opinions of the Parishioners on what they wanted for the Parish of Wray-with-Botton.
The presentation is in the form of a MS PowerPoint Presentation. It shows by using graphs and bar charts what the Parishioners wanted for their first choice answer to the questions posed in the questionnaire. It has been prepared for us by Teleconomy.
This is the answers that people gave to each question and recorded on the paper questionnaire. Teleconomy have input this data to a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet so that it is easier to analyse the data. On the spreadsheet the questions asked are at the top of each column and there is one row for each persons answer. So if you read down the column you see all the answers given to that question. If you read along the row you can see all the answers given by one respondent/ recorded on one questionnaire.
These comments have been gathered from the questionnaire at the end of each question a space was left for the respondent to put down any ideas or important issues which had not been raised by the individual question (marked as other). There was also a comments section at the end of the questionnaire, which could be used to highlight any concerns that had not been covered. These are the same comments recorded in the raw data section but they have been put into a Microsoft Word document and grouped under headings, so they are easier to read.
